Ready-stock pairs are packed within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pairs are printed and finished in around 15 business days.

The moment your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email — follow it door to door.

2–4 business days across the UAE, 3–6 across the GCC, counted from dispatch.

Customs & duties
Outside the UAE, import duties or clearance fees may be applied by your local customs authority on arrival.

How long does UAE delivery take?
Ready-stock sizes: dispatched within 1–2 business days, arriving within 2–4. Made-to-order sizes add around 15 business days of print time before dispatch.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Yes — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman at a flat AED 30, arriving within 3–6 business days of dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
What about customs or import charges?
Deliveries outside the UAE may be subject to local import duties or clearance fees on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and separate from your order total.
What if my size is made to order?
It's marked on the product page before you buy. Your pair is printed in around 15 business days, ships with the same delivery service — and is returnable the same way, with the 14-day window starting on delivery.
